Compliance, Not Performance

Have you ever heard of any employee whose confirmation is pushed back because of timing compliance when the whole organization and the whole industry is known to be the most lax in terms of tardiness?

Have you ever heard of any employee who’s confirmed with a condition and that condition is to be in the office by 9am when the other staffs don’t come before 9:30 and majority don’t come before 10?


Have you ever heard of any employee whose performance is so good that all the clients are happy with him but to get confirmed he needs to comply with tardiness?
