The Week That Was...

I know I haven't blogged in a week but I do have a very good excuse.

The whole of last week was spent working! Seriously, I was swamped with work – from welcoming my regional clients to supervising the strategic planning meeting that took two full days to taking them out around town to preparing for the whole presentation on Friday with the global peeps.

When I took on this job, I sort told myself that I will not blog about work. I would truly love to as I am enjoying my new role as a strategic thinker for some of the biggest brands in the world but I didn’t want my blog to be an avenue where I express my ramblings should the need arise.

So yeah, if you notice, I rarely write about work since I joined G2 and I want to keep it that way :)

I apologize for the lack of updates but as aforementioned, I had a good excuse. But I should be updating my blog as much as possible now that my regional clients are no longer in town.

Anyways, I spent the weekend recuperating from the week that was, resting at home. I did go out last Saturday though, to attend colleague’s birthday bash. It was a good way to celebrate birthdays; not the typical hardcore partying in a place where one could barely hear what the others are saying. It was a chill-out type of party where we could all just talk to each other about not work-related stuff.

That’s it in a nutshell. It’s not the typical Ivan Omar week but hey, I ain’t complaining.
