Restructuring Confusion

We are currently going through a restructuring process within our department and it's messy and unclear. I just hope this settles soon so that we can all go back to doing what we are supposed to be doing.

I know I am supposed to undertake more responsibilities but it is not clear at the moment what these are. All I can hope is that it is something that I have an expertise on. Just imagine the horror if they ask me to do finance!

I know things will be ok but it needs to be clarified soonest possible to avoid further confusion.
